Culture Development is a unit within the Department of Arts and Culture KwaZulu-Natal responsible for identification, research and development of culture within in the province. The unit is responsible for promotion of cultural diversity. The department through this unit is committed to conducting research on marginalized cultures as well as promotion of the spirit of Ubuntu.

Youth Camps
Youth Camps are done in collaboration with the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Education where learners all district to participate. The camps challenge youths from different cultural and districts and backgrounds thus stimulating interact. Programmes aimed at promoting social cohesion among the people of KwaZulu-Natal.
